WASHINGTON, D.C. — More than 250 young Christian students, leaders and alumni gathered in the nation's capital for a three-day summit focused on confronting antisemitism and strengthening relationships between Christians and Jewish communities.
The Israel Impact Summit, organized by the Christian nonprofit Passages, was held September 25–27 at the Museum of the Bible in Washington, D.C.
Participants attended educational sessions, practical training and conversations addressing Israel, Christian faith, antisemitism and the experiences of Jewish students on American college campuses.
A student panel placed campus experiences at the center of the discussion, while other sessions addressed misinformation, social media and advocacy.
The gathering comes as antisemitic incidents continue to be reported at U.S. colleges and universities. According to Anti-Defamation League figures cited by organizers, 583 antisemitic incidents were recorded on American college and university campuses in 2025. While that represented a decline from 2024, it remained nearly three times the number recorded in 2021.
The summit also included discussions on Christian Zionism, U.S. foreign policy and Christian-Jewish relations.
Speakers included representatives from Passages, HonestReporting, the Hudson Institute and the Foundation for Defense of Democracies.
U.S. Senator Ted Cruz addressed participants by video, speaking about antisemitism and U.S.-Israel relations.
George Deek, Israel's Special Envoy to the Christian World, also delivered a video message emphasizing Christian-Jewish partnership, religious freedom and Christian access to biblical sites.
Passages said the summit was intended to prepare participants to carry what they learned into their campuses, churches, workplaces and communities.
The gathering highlights an effort among young Christians to respond to antisemitism through education, relationships and support for Jewish students while encouraging continued engagement between Christian and Jewish communities.
